The Penelope Dress is our favourite new silhouette made from remnant fabric and features richly gathered ruffle tiers. This midi-length silhouette skims the body and buttons all the way down. It is a romantic dress with thin adjustable straps that tie over the shoulders, delicate pin-tucks on the bodice and finished with gold beading details. It also features side seam pockets.
